July 27, 2026 Atlanta, GA –Today, Tea Party Patriots Action released new data from a poll conducted by McLaughlin & Associates showing strong majority support among American voters for the SAVE America Act. May 21, 2026 Atlanta, GA – This week, the Senate is expected to vote on a budget reconciliation bill that would fund Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) after Congressional Democrats refused to fund the agencies during the normal appropriations process. "Congressional Democrats put America at risk by shutting down DHS for 76 days and then only reopening it on condition that funding for ICE and CBP be excluded. Tea Party Patriots Action Endorses Trump’s New Strategy to Enact SAVE America Act
May 20, 2026 Atlanta, GA – Over the weekend, President Tump announced a fresh strategy to enact the SAVE America Act: attaching it to either a bipartisan housing bill or a bill to reauthorization FISA. The SAVE America Act would require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship in order to register to vote in federal elections and a national photo ID in order to vote, among other reforms. The House is expected to vote on the housing bill this week. Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) is set to expire on June 12. Gingles that enabled racial gerrymandering to flourish.
