Atlanta, GA – Tea Party Patriots co-founder Jenny Beth Martin released the following statement today, urging the Senate to keep moving forward on the Obamacare repeal bill.

“The Senate needs to keep its foot on the gas and build on the momentum for an Obamacare repeal bill that conservatives can enthusiastically support.  That’s what Senate Republicans promised and voted for in past years, that’s what they were re-elected on in 2016, and that’s what they need to deliver now.  There’s no turning back on this, if Senate Republicans don’t repeal Obamacare their majority will be in jeopardy and the last thing they want is to go back into the minority. Repealing Obamacare has been commitment #1 from Republicans for almost 8 years; they need to come back from recess and keep their commitment.”
