Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund Endorses KEITH SELF for Congress

Atlanta, GA – Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund Chairman Jenny Beth Martin today released the following statement announcing the endorsement of Keith Self to represent Texas’ 3rd congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives:
“Keith Self is an America First patriot and a strong conservative who works in Washington to drain the swamp and fight illegal immigration.
“He graduated from West Point and served 25 years in the U.S. Army, and his service to his country didn’t end there. He’s continued in Congress, working to make his constituents’ – and his countrymen’s – lives better.
“He introduced the El Chapo Act, which takes money seized from drug cartels and uses it to fund border security efforts, and he is a strong supporter of H.R. 2, the Secure the Border Act.
“He’s a strong fiscal conservative, working to reduce taxes and cut spending. He consistently opposes funding the government by means of continuing resolutions, and pushes instead for using regular appropriations bills. And he regularly demands that Congress address our nation’s unconscionable $40 trillion national debt.
“Keith is a strong supporter of the SAVE America Act, which requires states to obtain documentary proof of citizenship before registering a new voter.
