Atlanta, GA – Today, the U.S. Senate will vote on Senator Marshall’s Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution of disapproval against the CMS vaccine mandate for healthcare workers. In response, Tea Party Patriots Action (TPPA) Honorary Chairman Jenny Beth Martin issued the following statement:

“We are urging every Senator to vote in favor of Senator Marshall’s resolution.  No American should be forced to take a vaccine against their will in order to keep their job.  The CMS mandate affects 17 million healthcare workers. Each and every one of them deserve freedom of conscience and the right to make their own healthcare decisions.  TPPA has been a leader on this issue from the start – helping organize over 500 protests nationwide against the mandates. TPPA is actively urging Senators to vote in favor of Senator Marshall’s resolution and we hope it passes with bipartisan support.”
