“Senator Portman has earned the gratitude of grassroots activists for standing up to President Obama and his allies’ relentless campaign to force the Senate to confirm Merrick Garland, a liberal judge who will hand control of the Supreme Court to the Left for decades. Despite the White House’s dishonest spin that Judge Garland is some kind of ‘moderate,’ Senator Portman knows he will be a reliable vote to undermine our fundamental freedoms like the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. We thank Senator Portman for standing up for the Constitution and the people’s right to have a voice in their next Justice.”
