Twitter Suspended Angel Mom for Criticizing Democrats

Angel mom Mary Ann Mendoza criticized Democrats like Sen. Kamala Harris and Speaker Nancy Pelosi for their stance on illegal immigration and sanctuary cities. Mendoza, whose son was killed by a drunk illegal immigrant driving the wrong way on a highway, was told by Twitter that her account was suspended until she removed a series of tweets.

Some of the following tweets were what Twitter mandated she delete:

“Kamala Harris what law can I break and have you defend me so staunchly? Provide me sanctuary from our laws? Political cleanup from YOUR INACTION FOR DECADES is what it’s called. You have #bloodonyourhands for every death of an American killed by an ILLEGAL ALIEN CRIMINAL you are protecting.”

“@NeverAgainActn Meanwhile, 4,300+ Americans are KILLED EVERY YEAR by ILLEGAL ALIENS IN the U.S. What do you have to say about that, NEVER AGAIN?!?”

“@EloraMukherjee Fighting for ILLEGAL ALIENS ONE CASE AT A TIME. The demise of our country from within. Where were you when American families need representation when their loved ones are killed by ILLEGAL ALIENS?!? Pro Bono for illegals but NADA for Americans.”

“@SpeakerPelosi Americans are torn apart every hour by ILLEGAL ALIENS CRIMINALS. EVERY HOUR.”

A Twitter spokesperson refused to say why Mendoza was suspended and which Twitter rules she violated.

“I’m disgusted and disappointed that Twitter is trying to silence me,” Mendoza told Breitbart News. “I had my world ripped out from under me the day my son was killed by a repeat illegal alien criminal. I am the ‘other’ side of this crisis and the end result of open borders and the careless release of illegal aliens at our borders because of time restraints.”

Mendoza had no intention of deleting her tweets and she refused to be silenced.

Meanwhile, video producer Carlos Maza’s account didn’t get censored even though one of his tweets encouraged violence.

“Milkshake them all,” Maza posted in May. “Humiliate them at every turn. Make them dread public organizing.”

Twitter clearly has picked a side on the political spectrum and anyone right of Lenin is “crossing the line” with their tweets. We applaud Mary Ann Mendoza for standing up for what she believes in and for holding Twitter accountable for its viewpoint censorship. We must stand up to big tech companies like Twitter that hold so much power they think they can suppress free speech.
