Only U.S. Citizens

should vote in U.S. Elections

At the end of January, Tea Party Patriots Action fielded a survey asking Americans what they thought about noncitizens voting in American elections. We asked these particular questions because although federal criminal law prohibits noncitizens from voting, there are so many holes that have been punched into the law, that the law is basically moot.

The threat of noncitizens being able to register to vote and then actually vote is very, very real. We hope to use our survey results along with the facts that demonstrate noncitizens would find it very easy to vote in many cases to urge the House of Representatives to act without delay, and to stop the threat of noncitizens voting before the 2024 election.
