Weekly Toolkit – Week of June 3rd

The Senate and the House are both back from recess this week, and the Senate is moving rapidly on the amnesty bill.  Now is our chance to make sure our elected officials understand how bad S. 744, the amnesty bill really is!  As a reminder, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has promised President Obama that he will deliver the Senate’s vote on amnesty before July 4th, so the pressure is really on now!  We have a small window of time to defeat this bill!

We also want to hear from you about the toolkits.  Is there anything you would like to see in future toolkits?  How is your group using the toolkit?  Please share with us how you are using this week’s toolkit.  Take pictures of your street rally and send them to us.  Share your Facebook posts and tweets with us.  As always, your feedback is invaluable.

We’ve included this week some positive messaging on what we would like real immigration reform to look like.  Thank you to everyone who participated in our surveys and helped us craft this messaging!

Here are some recommended activities and resources for this week.
