Atlanta, GA – Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund Chairman Jenny Beth Martin today released the following statement announcing the endorsement of Jim Kingston to represent Georgia’s 1^st congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives:

“Jim Kingston grew up in southeast Georgia and knows well the people he seeks to represent. He’ll be their champion in Washington, and he’ll fight for the values we share with him and his constituents – economic freedom, personal freedom, and a debt-free future.

“Jim is committed to fighting for lower taxes and reduced spending. He says ‘Washington’s addiction to spending is bankrupting future generations,’ and he’s right. He wants a balanced budget and is determined to root out the waste, fraud, and abuse that cost taxpayers tens of billions of dollars every year.

“Jim knows that a nation without secure borders is not sovereign. He’s committed to ensuring border security, and will support ICE and CBP as they do the hard work of enforcing our immigration laws.
