There are no more true constitutional patriots in our three branches of government. Anyone with some constitutional knowledge was sure the mandate would be struck down based on the assurances that Obamacare was not a tax, as it was passed over the will of the people. Roberts has joined the ranks of the Social Progressives by siding with them.
