It just occurred to me… With all the noise the media is making about Romney’s wealth, I don’t recall such bluster and hand-wringing over the Kennedy fortune. Or, for that matter, John Kerry. Or the fact that John Kerry gave virtually nothing to charity while Romney gave something on the order of $4 million…in addition to his entire inheritance from his father. Oh. Wait. I just remembered. Romney is Republican. Kerry and the Kennedys are Democrats. Also, Romney worked for his money.Kennedy inherited his.,,,,And Kerry married his.
Levin last week rattled off a bunch of senators that have more wealth that Romney. And most of them are Democrats!
My grandad always told me, ”Don’t let some poor sob tell you how to spend your money and find yourself a job with a boss that has more money than you do.” Wonder who those ”Occupy” slough balls will work for when the ”99%” take their money to other countries and create jobs for workers who want to earn money?
And also …. Where in Sam Hell they get off calling themselves the 99%? I’m not a 99%‘er! They don’t represent me! They’re a bunch of boot-licking commies. And as far as I’m concerned a 1%’er is a outlaw biker, it’s been that way since the 1950’s. Now a 3%’er is more like it.
It is a wonder how the multi-millionaires in Hollywood can be so much in favor of the Buffet-Rule. They must all be so stupid they don’t know the difference between 1% and 99%.
