Rule number 1 in politics. The big tent. The up and coming youth vote must be tapped and they do not like the conservative social values and extreme paranoia. America’s social and religious freedoms are not enhanced by fire-breathing zealots trying to enact their personal religious beliefs as the law of the land. Oh, and come up with an economic plan that doesn’t shaft half the population.
I feel as if you are using a few of the radicals as a testament for the entire right wing.
What you are suggesting is that all TeaParty members and Repubs become Liberal Democrats.
I don’t feel we are paranoid. Most of us don’t push our religious beliefs on others. Most of us care about the constitution. We don’t want it trashed. We want to live within our means. We want a limited government. The left will continue to demonize us because that is what they see on television and read in their papers. No matter what we say or do this will not change. If it can be changed, I would like someone to tell me how to do it.
