Hello All,

After a night to mill this around in my head, I have decided to send out this email that I wrote yesterday.

I will also be forwarding the original email sent out yesterday morning that sparked my reply, to the national and state leaders.

I felt this was totally unacceptable.

Patriots,

I am a new member of the Tea Party as a whole, and was planning on attending my first local Akron meeting this evening.

This morning I received this email concerning the ”aspirin joke.” I must say that I found it extremely offensive and racist.

While I enjoy being included in the mass group emails, I do not appreciate being lumped into an email chain that contains ignorant and inappropriate remarks about fellow Americans and the color of their skin. Not everyone of a different color can be included in the stereotypes bred by some. Nor can people be excluded because they are ”white.” I know plenty of my own skin color (white) who fall into negative stereotypes as well.

I think it is our duty as value based, and morally sound conservatives to send out a positive message about who we are, and what we stand for. I do not stand for racism or ignorance.

I believe the saying is ”you attract more bees with honey,” not ”you attract more bees with Raid.”

I will not be attending the local Akron meeting tonight.

New information about aspirin.

For Immediate Release:

Effective Jan 1, 2013, aspirin will be heavily taxed under Obamacare.
The only explanation given was that they are white and they work.
No other reason was given, but I thought you’d want to know.
