Are the Democrats so delusional that they believe our countries constitution is a living and breathing document to be molded into a document of positive rights allowing government absolute control over the American people? Our constitution was framed to be one that “we the people” are in charge because we through our states created the critter also known as the Federal Government. For more than 80 years congress has dispersed its power while seizing unconstitutional power starting with the New Deal with the consent of our Supreme Court, now we have a President who is taking full advantage of their constitutional ignorance or refusal to abide by our founding documents and their sworn oath to the constitution. Major change in government is going to be a necessity – if we are to hold on to the liberty we currently which is far less than we had 80 years ago.
