Where did you get this statistic? 150 million? On the face of it, seems like a lot to me. There are only300 million Americans maybe 330 million. IF you are including those that volunteered for frontal lobe abortions. I think I can agree, except they can only do it once. All my nefepehs and nieces had undergone this proceedure. My brother in law made millions in computers and his children all went to private schools and prestigious universities. They drank the democratic cool aid.

I have submitted this for your review. So far no traction. No response from Doug Collins. I believe this is going to have to be a grass roots effort to get the congress on board.
Doug Collins did his part after he got elected. He submitted his Balanced Budget amendment and watched it go to a committee to die.
When Janice Jacksons tit appeared on TV, the congress passed a law in 3 weeks affecting the FCC. Don’t tell me they can’t get things done!
28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution
The Balanced Budget Amendment:
The Congress, Senate and President of the United States government shall pass and approve a balanced budget by September 30th of each year. Balanced means the Tax revenue that has already been collected shall not exceed federal expenditures for the next year.
Also, the congress and president shall approve only 95% expenditure of the tax revenue generated. 5% of tax revenues shall be used to pay down the national debt.
The only exception to overspending the tax revenue is a Declared War.
Failure to approve and signed by the president a balanced budget by the dead line will require the attorney general to round up the President, and all members of congress and issue them prison garb and bus them on standard prison buses to Attica and held there until a balanced budget is approved and signed. They shall be treated as prisoners, fed as prisoners and housed as prisoners until the job they asked for is accomplished.
The current tax code shall be abolished.
The new tax code shall be 10% of all sales of every good and service sold or consumed in the US.
10% of all capital gains shall be rendered to congress quarterly.
All income shall be Federal tax free.
Capital gains on real estate shall be 10%.
The congress shall not raise the sales tax nor institute any other tax without a 75% approval from the voters of each state. These special elections can only be held the first Saturday of November.
All members of Congress , the Judiciary Branch at all levels and the Executive Branch shall be at their duty station Mon-Fri, from 8-5. 2 weeks vacation per year and 15 personal days. This shall be waived only for any stints at Attica for failure to accomplish a balanced budget.
All members of congress and members of the senate shall receive the same pay and benefits as the 100 th congress. No exceptions. Congressmen and Senators who leave congress richer than when they entered beyond their federal salary shall be taxed at 100% beyond their capital gains tax. Any wealth that appears for 2 years, beyond a salary, shall be fined at 100%.
Any congressman or Senator who works as a lobbiest for 2 years after leaving congress shall be fined at 100% for 4 years.
Congress shall not use monies –tax dollars- from one state to balance the budget or bail out another state. The states are on their own.
Congress shall not pass laws that exempts them.
Congress shall have the same pension and health care as the least paid worker in the United States of America.
