I believe it is imperative to remember that if an employee illicitely uses a companies assets, it is a crime, and is grounds for both dissmissal as well as legal action. That if said employee curries favor of a shareholder, coludes with said shareholder, employs said shareholder to maintain his position, and rewards said shareholer out of the companies assets, both stand complicite before the law.
To ”Reward our freinds and punish our enemies” is an open admission of such criminal intent. It has not been adressed due to the inherrent corupption of the parties incumbant, but for the opposition to fail to adress both the statement and the corruption itself besmirches their relevancy.
