Hey! I have a question. Remember that Jet Blue pilot that went a crazy? Something about that incident bothers me. That pilot was a highly respected professional. When this happened, the first observations were about why this outstanding individual would do this incredible outburst? Blood sugar, diabetes, medical reasons. But then the press releases from the company, the legal sources and the media, were more about that this guy is going to go to jail for a long time for endangering the passengers.
Doesn’t anybody think that this just doesn’t seem to fit? A decorated and highly respected pilot is now suddenly a criminal with intent to harm! Wouldn’t the logical step be more like with Whitney Houston’s death, justifying her death wasn’t her fault. That she wasn’t a terrible junkie, but just got her drug use mixed up. See the spin on that side of the fence was defense for Whitney when the world knew she just overdosed because she was a junkie, but his pilot of impeccable records is suddenly an despicable criminal? And we have heard nothing since.
IMHO, this pilot was either overcome with a medical condition, or something else was going on. And why the need to discredit and tarnish him?

I have not been following this too closely, and may be talking out the old kazoo, but it didn’t make sense. If he was a big liberal supporter, they would have been rushing to his defense. Something about this event just doesn’t smell right. (then again, I may have missed something)
