In 1961 Ronald Reagan said Americans were slowly surrendering to socialism just as some socialists had predicted they would. In that talk he pointed to several examples including health care, social security and the progressive income tax. The motive of the socialist of that day is no different from the socialist of today. What Reagan said would happen in 1961 is realty today. We will discuss this movement in America concentrating on the administrations that have most advanced the movement outlined by Karl Marx in the 19th century. A specter is haunting the United States – the specter of Marxism.
This is an hour that will challenge everybody to begin to move from a state of self-imposed tutelage to one of enlightenment. Join me if you agree this is important for all Americans, right or left.
