      Here is the vote count from the Senate website. Every R that voted NOT to ratify deserves a phone call from us!! Every R that voted YEA needs to be severely chastised by us and asked publicly just who they are Representing, Obama and the Progressives, or their constituients??? Vote was taken today at 12:06pm
