If we allow Congress and specifically the Speaker Boehner too claim he can not compel Gen Petraeus to testify then we deserve what we get. Gen Petraeus must respond to a subpoena by Congress. He can be given amnesty for his testimony to compel it… and any national security issues can be resolved by holding the meeting in closed session.

I smell a RAT.. a real big RAT and it is not Pres. Obama… it is the SPEAKER Of the HOUSE Rep Boehner… he has consistently failed to use his Constitutional powers to ferret out corruption in the Obama Administration. His lack of commitment to pursuing the truth regarding many incidences associated with this Administration are appalling and singularly new to the political forum.

Why would Speaker Boehner become reticent too uncover any fraud by Pres Obama, or too take the opportunity to investigate what appears to be TREASON… giving aid and comfort to our enemies, ordering a stand down, while observing a direct attack on US territory (consulate) and our citizens. There are a whole host of other incidents when put together seem to indicate Pres. Obama has a predisposition to favor our enemies with aid and comfort.

A quick review of the Constitution finds one element of treason being defined as giving aid and comfort to our enemies… How much evidence do we require, than Benghazi and the use of our funds to support known terrorist groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood. It is time to initiate a full investigation to delve into the lack of interest by Congress, for what appears to be open violations of the Constitution by Pres Obama and his Administration.
