Let’s take a careful look at what is happening in Wisconsin, and closely examine the efforts of the Public Unions. If you examine their efforts, they are typical of the tactics used by the Radical Left to get their way regardless of the facts. The Unions and their supporters try to get the rank and file members to become enemies of their employers so a confrontational scenario will always be the norm. This only benefits the leadership and not the members. The Leadership tries to get their members to lose all sense of reason and follow the Union Party Line instead of rational compromise that would benefit both the Employers and the Union members. The reason for this, is so the Union Leadership can retain Power and Control over the membership, and especially control over the membership’s dues money. The Union Leadership primarily, and to a much lesser extent the union membership, have become a Privileged Class because of this. The Leadership gets to use the dues of the members as the leaders see fit. without any input from the members. Even when it is against the members own best interests. If you examine this carefully, it is typical of efforts used by all radical groups on the left to gain privileged Class Status. Now look at Wisconsin. The threat to the Union Leadership’s Privileged Status has almost caused a war. How can any rational person disagree that Governor Walker has balanced the State Budget, is hiring back laid off teachers, firefighters, and police? Only the real losers in this issue can be the Union Bosses, and the Union Leadership. They are in danger of losing their Status and are threatened when the Rank and File begin to sense that the leaders are the real problem confronting them. Unions have went from the original status of protecting Workers and lives and health to become a Privileged Class in many States, and that has to be reversed back to their basics of protecting the workers.

Very well said Mc. What we need is a grass roots effort within the unions to have more conservative, level-headed members run for leadership positions. Talk about an uphill battle. Thank God that the public voting booth is a secret ballot and many exit polls show that there are a significant number of conservative leaning union members. The problem is their unions have been hijacked by the radical left marxist socialists that now control the Democrat Party. We talk about taking back America one candidate at a time. In order to do this efectively we need to find the way to help unions at the local. state, and national levels to take back their unions. No doubt about it, it will take some very brave souls to stand up to the likes of the Richard Trumkas, Andy Sterns, and James Hoffas of the world but there is no doubt the majority of unions have been hijacked by this radical element. A key factor is the misappropriation, for overt political purposes, of every union members dues. This mandatory theft and use of funds against the will of many members has to be stopped! Wake up union members! You deserve better!
