This is an adjunct to the Stacey Lynne story about the retaliation taken against Stacey for exposing Alleged Corruption by proponents of Agenda 21 and ICLEI in her Locality.

Hello friends of Stacy.

It is frustrating to sit by and watch corruption and injustice destroy lives. Throughout this ordeal many have wondered what more they can do to support Stacy or make a difference.

There is something you can do.

Attached to this email are two files. The first is a formal request for investigation into the conduct of Judge Julie Kunce Field. The other file is an affidavit for a signature to be attached to the complaint when it is submitted. What I need is for all of you who live in Colorado to do is first, read the Complaint. Then, if you are so inclined, fill out the affidavit, take it to a Notary Public (I always go to my bank – it doesn’t cost anything) to sign it and have it Notarized. In no way am I asking anyone to do something they are not comfortable with, but, if you are willing and able it would be very helpful in gaining credibility and getting the complaint past the initial screening process if we have a lot of signatures by people who went to the trouble to have them Notarized.

If you decide to participate you will want to print the Complaint to take with you to the Notary so they can see what you are attesting to. Once it is signed and notarized make a copy of the affidavit for your records, then put the original affidavit in an envelope and mail it to :

It would be very helpful if you would email me, Jeanne Hines at auntyICLEI@q.com to let me know you’ve sent it. Also, if you know someone who would like to attach their name but do not have access to a computer give them a copy of the Complaint and affidavit with instructions on what to do and where to mail it. It would probably be better to only send this on to individuals who you know are supporters of Stacy and not forward it to general lists. That said – please DO send it to anyone you trust has Jaden and Stacy’s best interest at heart.

You will note that there are several attachments to the Complaint that are not included here. I believe I have already sent the Court Transcript and the Permanent Order when I got them. If you have a Comcast email you didn’t get it because it was too big and I got a failure message. However, if you feel it is important to read the transcripts and Permanent Order before you sign the affidavit and do not have it I can send them in PDF format to you. Just shoot me an email. The same applies for the other attachments.

I need to have the affidavits back to me no later than next Friday, APRIL 20th.

This course of action was recommended by an attorney and this attorney said multiple signatures would be helpful. This IS a case where if a little is good a lot is much better.
