I just don’t get it, The Senate proposed a SPENDING & TAX bill and sent it to the House? The Democrats are blaming the Republicans for not wanting to go along with it? I was under the impression that the Constitution forbade the Senate from originating any bills since by Constitutional Law they must originate in the House and be sent to the Senate. The only way that the Senate could send a bill that contained any increased spending is if the house first sent it to them and they put amendments on it and sent it back to the House for them to vote on. Otherwise the bill is null and void according to Constitutional Law if there is even one cent of increased spending contained therein.
