The Second Amendment Right for Individual Citizens to Keep and Bear Arms, “Shall not be Infringed”
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny within their own government.” -Thomas Jefferson. This original founder’s language is crystal clear. We don’t need a progressive to interpret it for us because it is of course, crystal clear.
No interpretation should be required here, because the language is so clear and so specific as our founders intended it to be. Yet sick minded progressives today are trying to say that Jefferson’s words referred to “hunting” In other words, they eagerly bald faced lie to advance their far left agendas.
A family friend was part of the army Special Forces military unit that surrounded Dictator Manuel Noriega’s Panamanian compound and forced him to surrender in 1989. The US soldiers completely encircled the embassy where Noriega had taken refuge and they surrounded it with huge speakers and blasted the embassy 24 hours a day with blaring hard core heavy metal music. The music torture forced all of the armed personnel in the Panamanian embassy to lay down their weapons and beg to be captured. Not a shot was fired, no one was hurt.
I believe that present day America is close to significant civil unrest and the collapse of its fake fiat currency that is now being counterfeited by the billions and made increasingly more worthless every day, year in and year out until at least 2016 by constitution usurper-in-chief Barack Hussein Obama and his mentally defective cronies.
America’s present fiscal irresponsibility under Obama is despicable but more importantly it is also “UNSUSTAINABLE”. This vile and I believe intentional unsustainability is irrefutable by sane debaters. Only a liar (DFL) and faker would attempt to debate or explain away the unsustainability of seriously dangerous ObamaNomics.
I am not suggesting that the aggressive use of force against the present “out of control Federal Government” is the “only” way to be returned to a “constitutionally limited Government” or is the only way to save ourselves from Obama’s fiscal abyss, but our time is very quickly running out as our nations debt to GDP sails like a rocket past 107% in February of 2013. Recovery becomes more unlikely with the passing of each day. You see “you as a federal taxpayer” owe (individually) $146,605 dollars, personally. There is no “HOPE” except massively slashing spending. The only “CHANGE” that has any possibility of ever saving us from fiscal catastrophe is strict conservative or military like budgetary controls, and the expulsion of all of the useless usurper Progressive-Communist DFLer’s with force if necessary and to reclaim our Constitutionally guided Republic..Anything less will fail and the debt and interest will bankrupt us. Deny this if you will, but we’ll still be bankrupt however.
Our hopelessly spiraling debt and bulging deficit however may literally force sane and responsible constitutional conservatives into taking action to “force” our “progressively fiscally retarded” federal government onto a path to fiscal sanity and constitutional responsibility. A sanity that includes slashing spending, and eliminating all further borrowing to save our Republic from unavoidable collapse under the sheer weight of its massive debt and deficit that our nation’s great grandchildren could never possibly ever repay. Check out the math for yourselves. How long would it take you to pay back $23,000,000,000,000.00 trillion in Federal debt, a stack of $100 bills 1,564 miles high.
Those unsustainable debts also leave us militarily vulnerable to the evil deeds of our enemies that hold trillions and trillions of dollars of our debt. If they forced us to pay up, it simply isn’t possible without giving the Chinese Ohio and California as a down payment. We have no other way to repay our debt masters.
Austerity reforms may only be achievable however through physical armed revolt and the reconstruction of a very strictly Constitutionally Limited Federal Government that only has the taxing and spending authority that our founders originally intended for them to have., I hope that’s never necessary but it may be the only way to prevent the possible collapse of the U.S. dollar and the riotous apocalypse that would follow..What would you do to stop this apocalypse?
Maybe surrounding Congress and the White House with 24 hour heavy metal at 200 decibels can get that job done. Something must be done “by the adults in the room” however; the point is that “ACTION” including possible civil unrest by us is looming ever closer if we are to prevent a fiscal apocalypse.
I do suggest that all constitutional conservatives adequately arm themselves as the Second Amendment legally provided for. This is fully legal, and is a sensible thing to do to insure the security of our loved ones and of our Republic despite what constitutional usurper try to say.
Our founding Fathers and very framers of our Declaration of Independence and of our Constitution believed that an armed populace, organized into a well regulated citizen militia, was a good way for the citizens of our Republic to have the ability “to defend their liberties” if our own government ever became out of control, overreaching and tyrannical. They believed it, and they provided for it in the laws of our Republic so that the Federal Governments “POWER WAS LIMITED”. This is birthed into American culture from its infancy.
The Second Amendment was deemed necessary partly due to the fact that British Military forces had marched into Lexington and Concord with the sole intent “to seize the militia’s guns, ammunition and gun powder”. These were the first shots the beginning of the American Revolutionary War.
This imprinted into the American founder’s minds “a direct relationship between the right to keep and bear firearms and their personal freedom from tyranny”.
It is not even conjectural as many Liberals try to put concocted political spin on it.
The right to keep and bear firearms was “never intended for self protection”, and certainly not for hunting (what a modern day joke), it was not even intended to protect anyone from foreign invaders. Simply put it was singularly intended that the people, the citizens, “be able to wrest power from a Federal Government, overtly or insidiously, removing power form the American people” by usurping the Constitution.
Every evil global political dictator in world history knew full well that to impose the governments overreaching dictatorial will onto the citizens you must first disarm them.
Our second amendment has been damaged already with the 1934 NFA act and all subsequent illegal and unconstitutional gun controls that progressively decay away at our protection from a tyrannical Federal Government. Constitution usurpers of present day are doing their best at convincing the low information and no information voters of America that they need Washington bureaucrats protecting them from themselves. Don’t ever let it happen, this is exactly what destroys FREEDOM. It destroys freedom here or anywhere else tyranny and government overreach is allowed but then can not be stopped or reversed.
The Second Amendment allowed for a necessary counter balance of the constitutionally limited powers of the Federal Government.
The 2nd Amendment was intended as a final check of Federal Government’s authority, PERIOD!
The modern constitution usurper’s “militia interpretation”…that some how the National Guard constitutes a ”well regulated militia” is positively ridiculous…it is bullheadedly idiotic, and was never intended by our founders! Any force that ultimately is “completely controlled by the regular Federal armed forces” is in no way safely securing the right of the free law abiding citizens to keep and bear arms…or to be able to wrest power from that very same tyrannical Federal Government. Constitution usurpers of present day have no legitimate argument for why they disrespect the limits set forth by our Constitution and our Bill of Rights and usurper simply look illegitimate trying to fabricate one.

The citizen drafters of the Declaration of Independence had first hand experience in the use of an overreaching government’s army to oppress the ordinary citizens.
A standing army is a “tool of government” and can be used by a tyrannical government to enforce its iron fisted lawless rule in complete defiance of the wishes of the majority of its people. A standing Federal army tends to be distanced from the local people and its soldiers are often not from the locality in which they are stationed. They do not have much of a connection with the locals making their use of force against that local population much easier. The drafters of the second amendment were fully aware of this. They had seen standing armies in Europe used against their own citizens when those people objected to government oppression and tyranny. Their intention was that there would be no standing army in their new country that could legally be used by a future government against its own citizens.
The defense of the country “internally” was to be carried out by the armed citizens who would form a Militia “as and when needed” for that purpose. And should a government become oppressive and tyrannical towards its own people, to then provide the means for those people to remove that government and replace it. This action being our patriotic duty and is completely legal and legally protected by our Constitution.
So despite erroneous arguments to the contrary from some. The term”Militia” definitely does not mean the National Guard nor does it mean the regular military forces which are under the direct control of the tyrannical Federal government that a militia would oppose.
The meaning of ’Militia’ intended by the drafters of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of The United States, and The Bill of Rights, of which the Second Amendment is a part, is literally, THE PEOPLE, individual common citizens. Yes, the individual citizens who make up the civilian population of the United States, you and I and your family and neighbors.
When the Second Amendment is read, as it should be read, in conjunction with the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of The United States. The meaning of the word ’Militia’ intended by the founders of the United States is completely clear and unambiguous. And so is the right to keep and bear arms and certainly not for the purpose of “hunting”.
