Dear friends,

I wanted to let you know about a new petition I created on We the People, a new feature on WhiteHouse.gov, and ask for your support. Will you add your name to mine? This petition is for the residents of the state of Washington who would like to express their frustration and have their voices heard in Washington DC. I do not have the support base to get the message about this petition out to the necessary 150 people it will take to create a publicly viewable petition on the Whitehouse.gov website. Right now the petition is only viewable by following the enclosed link. Once it reaches 150 signers it will be made publicly viewable on the Whitehouse.gov website and when it reaches 25,000 voters it will be sent to Washington DC. I am asking for your assistance in spreading the message to Washington state voters of its existence.

If this petition gets 25,000 signatures by December 14, 2012,
the White House will review it and respond!

We the People allows anyone to create and sign petitions asking the Obama
Administration to take action on a range of issues. If a petition gets
enough support, the Obama Administration will issue an official response.

Peacefully grant the State of Washington to withdraw from the
United States of America and create its own NEW government
The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal
government’s irresponsible spending policies. The citizens of the US
suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA and TSA, etc. Now
we are being forced to accept Obama care against our will. The US government
has gone too far. This country was founded on the principles of strong state
governments and a weak centralized government. Over time, the central
government has eroded away state powers. It has done this at the expense of
our rights and liberties. Central government does not act in the best
interest of the citizens of this country. Therefore, it is in the best
interest of the citizens of Washington to secede from the Union. We can
manage ourselves better without the help of central government.

Please help me spread the word.
