I sent the following email to Patty and Maria. Suggest that you contact YOUR Senators too on this issue if you are pro-LIFE.

Dear Senator,

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada) has filed cloture on the disastrous nomination of Andrew Hurwitz to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

That means that a vote on his nomination is set to happen late Monday.

Hurwitz is commonly known as ”the architect” of Roe v. Wade for his role in the decision that opened the door to the killing to date of more than 56 million unborn babies.

Roe represents one of the most blatant disregards for the U.S. Constitution and our founding principles in American History.

Yet today, Mr. Hurwitz gladly takes pride in his role in crafting the decision that provided the underlining arguments for Roe.

Hurwitz proudly recounts how he was referred to as ”the clerk who wrote the Newman opinion,” the decision that served as the basis for Roe, when he went on to apply for clerkships at the Supreme Court.

I strongly urge you to NOT allow this person to be put in ANY place of authority in the judicial system of our land.
