This group aims to provide a means for people in the state of Maryland to discuss and organize activity that is committed to the principles of liberty and limited government as set forth in the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution. It will specifically compare and evaluate candidates for elective office, based on their likely adherence to these fundamental principles. The purpose will include a robust and open debate of political issues in the state, on a non-partisan basis. We've had two tea parties already: April 15 and July 4, 2009. A bus trip to DC on 9/12 has been organized and so far we've filled two chartered buses. There are about 20 board members and we have over 400 email contacts not including those from the Cecil County Young Republicans or Campaign for Liberty. Cecil County Patriots - MD Cecil County We are a group who likes to do events to help wake up our county. We are non-partisian and welcome all people. We do monthly meetings and focus on educating and constitutional issues as well as recruting and running for committees. Group of like minded Tea Party members located in Howard County, Maryland. This is not an easy county to promote our conservative ideology given its liberal voters. Members should have a desire to see a mass change in the voter make up of the county.

  The Baltimore Tea Party Coalition (TPC) is a non-partisan grassroots organization that advocates fiscal sustainability and the reduction of government to its Constitutional role. The Baltimore TPC was forged out of the efforts of three college students to assemble a tax day tea party on April 15, 2009 (as were planned cross the nation) in the Baltimore area to protest the current surges of spending in government. This endeavor brought together various disparate groups and individuals in Baltimore, united in their common beliefs of fiscal responsibility and limited government. The Baltimore TPC was founded to keep together all the attendees of the tea party (and all others in the Baltimore who area who share our principles) to continue to work for reform through the planning and promoting of events such as the tea party.
