Starting with Coventry, CT, our initial mission is to make the Towns People aware of the Left Wing Radical "Business Unfriendly Town Commissions", to change Current Policies and Practices as they relate to Tax Dollars paid by Residents, and identify areas where Town Mismanagement of Tax Dollars can be corrected. As we gain experience, we can apply the principles to other Towns in Eastern CT where Citizens desire reform.

We are opposed to government interference in any part of the economy, and that includes the practice of medicine. The Hartford Tea Party Patriots was formed starting on Feb 27 with the first organized Tea Party at the Hartford State Capital. We also had a large rally on April 15 when we had over 5000 people attend, one of the largest in the nation. The Hartford Tea Party Patriots continues to grow by helping small towns start their own local Tea Parties

This group is the result of merging the "We the People" group of the Mystic area with the 43rd District Tea Party Patriots. This has given us a membership of over 150 people and growing. Although many of our members are from the 43rd district (Stonington and North Stonington), we welcome like-minded citizens from all over southeastern Connecticut. We subscribe to the Core Principles of the Tea Party Patriots: Fiscal Responsibility - Limited Government - Free Markets Government has spent money as never before, and controlled businesses that they have no right to control. We expect our representatives, both state and national, to be accountable to "We the People." We will support candidates who are in harmony with our views and work to replace those who are leading this country down the path to socialism.

Waterbury, CT every Tuesday, 5pm-6pm at the corner of Meriden Road and East Main St. in front of Walgreen's.

We meet the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7 pm in Groton and the 3rd Tuesday of the month in Ledyard Center. We have joined up with our fellow CT General Assembly Districts 40, 41, 43, etc., to form the Southeastern CT Tea Party Patriots. Our website is http://southeasternctteaparty.webs.com/.
