Greetings

My name is John Albert Dummett Jr. I am a federal election commission registered Republican candidate for President of the United States. Ed. Noonan, an Independent candidate for President of the United States and I have agreed to team up to speak to every California Tea Party organizationto help them understand the legal actions we are taking to nullify the election of 2008.

I am the architect of the strategy to go to the Secretary of State of each of the States and the ballot commissions of the states to ensure that whoever runs for President of the United States meets the Constitutional requirements specified in Article II, Section I, Clause V.

Mr.Noonan and I realize that there is a lot of confusion as to what it means to be a natural born citizen and as such, many of the electors in this state do not understand the gravity of the situation that our nation finds itself in. If we are going to survive and an intact Republic somebody must be willing to speak to the people in order for them to make a educated and infromed decision. Ed and I have agreed to work together despite running on different platforms and parties.

What we are proposing is to hold a town hall like meeting to where we can discuss what our founding fathers were intending when the penned the requirements for becoming President.

Currently I have active court cases in Alabama. California, Tennessee and Arizona. Ed Noonan has a eligibility case in California. Van Irions of the Liberty Legal Foundation represents me in California and Tennessee and Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation represents me in California and in Alabama. Ed Noonan is being represented by Gary Kreep. Both of us are approaching the eligibility issue from separate angles. In my case I am not suing Barrack Obama or any federal agency. My cases are base upon two ideas. First, I am requesting that the Secretary of States of any State shall place a candidate upon any ballot in any state unless they meet the Constitutional eligibility requirements. Secondly, I am requesting that the court determines once and for all what a natural born citizen is. In my case the burden of proof is shifted upon the shoulders of the Secretary of State and the ballot commissions. The courts of Tennessee. Alabama and New Jersey all agree that this issue must be decided. Hence none of my cases have beed dismissed and are proceeding as planned.

In Ed Noonan’s case he is bringing up the issues of all the alleged criminal actions carried out by Barrack Obama and the people who have been derelict in their duty to the Constitution and the people of the United States.
