The Northern Shenandoah Valley TEA Party (NSVTP) is organized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit educational association. Our focus is to provide instruction for local citizens on public policy issues/subjects that are beneficial to the community. This will be accomplished through the conduct of meetings and preparation & distribution of educational material. This will include non-partisan voter education activities such as presenting public forums and publishing voter education guides. We will encourage people to participate in the electoral process, such as voter registration and get-out-the-vote drives. We do not directly or indirectly participate in political campaigns on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.
