    What does it take to run for congress in WA state? Where do I apply and what are the rules etc…Do I need signatures? How much is the filing fee? Do I (or anyone) need to live in the district they are running for? The WA state pink republicans sicken me…

      I suggest that you go to the GOP website for your county and start there with your research. There should be an email for your county chair or vice chair. Be a paid up member and have some grassroots supporters that will be willing to work for your campaign. Have a grand or two to blow or get a whizbang fundraizer behind you. Are you already a PCO in your district? Do you agree with the GOP county platform? If not, get on the platform committee and make a good one. Or take a civics class and run as an Independent. Who would you be running against?
