Petition your state senators to advise Electors not to submit their vote…!!!

If anyone missed this and has not yet signed the petition, please read the following and do so now…
and be sure to forward this to everyone you know… we still have over a week to make enough noise to be heard and make this happen…! Depending on what you do right now, ”Bozo” may NOT get to ”stay” in OUR White House…!

as you know, a president is NOT elected by popular vote; he/she is elected by the Electoral College…
and the College will NOT meet until Dec. 17th, this year. IF just 17 states ”withhold” their Electoral College vote, it then falls to the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES (not the senate) to ”select” the next president!!

This petition basically, tells your state Senators to advise their state’s electors NOT to submit their vote!

We need to DROWN Congress with hundreds of thousands of these fax/petitions – -make OUR voices SO LOUD, we cannot be ignored! So, go there and do it NOW

Sign the petition at – http://tinyurl.com/b6jg72x

But we’re not talkng ”in the event of a tie”, Jerry.
and I have written directly to the office of the Federal Register to confirm this information.

The Vetting Process for President and Vice President

The process established for the selection of a president and vice president provides three vetting opportunities. The first occurs immediately following the nominating conventions when the parties certify their candidates to the state election boards so that ballots can be printed.

The second vetting opportunity occurs on the Monday after the second Wednesday in December when the Electoral College meets to elect a president and vice president. Between November 4, 2008, the date of the General Election, and December 15, 2008, the date on which the Electoral College met to cast their votes, most Democratic electors were made aware of serious questions relating to Obama’s eligibility. None of the Democratic electors raised a serious question about Obama’s eligibility prior to casting their electoral ballots… a violation of their oath of office and a complete and total subversion of the very purpose of the Electoral College.

The third and final vetting opportunity occurs in early January following each election when the Congress meets in joint session to certify the votes of the Electoral College. As the final fail-safe step in the electoral process, the members of Congress have the duty to insure themselves of the qualifications of the candidates selected by the Electoral College. http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/42350

So, please stop saying it won’t work.
It is the way the system was designed to work.

There was also the fellow who insisted Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan provide their birth certificates which made quite a few headlines not so long ago. That individual was a member of the Electoral College, and his reason for doing so was explained as being a duty of the members of the Electoral to ensure candidates are eligible for office, to require such information, and to withhold their vote should such proof not be provided.

In the case of the Electoral College not supplying the required number of votes, it then falls to Congress and the Senate to take the action required to make the determination of eligibility and to determine the vote or confirm the ineligibility.

Nor was I the one who first came up with the idea or created the petitions which exist for individuals to request their representatives to act appropriately upon this ineligibility issue even at this late date.

So, I will thank you to stop with the personal insults as well.
