Petition your state senators to advise Electors not to submit their vote…!!!
If anyone missed this and has not yet signed the petition, please read the following and do so now…
and be sure to forward this to everyone you know… we still have over a week to make enough noise to be heard and make this happen…! Depending on what you do right now, ”Bozo” may NOT get to ”stay” in OUR White House…!as you know, a president is NOT elected by popular vote; he/she is elected by the Electoral College…
and the College will NOT meet until Dec. 17th, this year. IF just 17 states ”withhold” their Electoral College vote, it then falls to the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES (not the senate) to ”select” the next president!!This petition basically, tells your state Senators to advise their state’s electors NOT to submit their vote!
We need to DROWN Congress with hundreds of thousands of these fax/petitions – -make OUR voices SO LOUD, we cannot be ignored! So, go there and do it NOW

I didn’t confuse anything, Jerry. Seems you misunderstood what was posted, however.
But we’re not talkng ”in the event of a tie”, Jerry.
and I have written directly to the office of the Federal Register to confirm this information.
The Vetting Process for President and Vice President
The process established for the selection of a president and vice president provides three vetting opportunities. The first occurs immediately following the nominating conventions when the parties certify their candidates to the state election boards so that ballots can be printed.
The second vetting opportunity occurs on the Monday after the second Wednesday in December when the Electoral College meets to elect a president and vice president. Between November 4, 2008, the date of the General Election, and December 15, 2008, the date on which the Electoral College met to cast their votes, most Democratic electors were made aware of serious questions relating to Obama’s eligibility. None of the Democratic electors raised a serious question about Obama’s eligibility prior to casting their electoral ballots… a violation of their oath of office and a complete and total subversion of the very purpose of the Electoral College.
The third and final vetting opportunity occurs in early January following each election when the Congress meets in joint session to certify the votes of the Electoral College. As the final fail-safe step in the electoral process, the members of Congress have the duty to insure themselves of the qualifications of the candidates selected by the Electoral College.
So, please stop saying it won’t work.
It is the way the system was designed to work.
There was also the fellow who insisted Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan provide their birth certificates which made quite a few headlines not so long ago. That individual was a member of the Electoral College, and his reason for doing so was explained as being a duty of the members of the Electoral to ensure candidates are eligible for office, to require such information, and to withhold their vote should such proof not be provided.

In the case of the Electoral College not supplying the required number of votes, it then falls to Congress and the Senate to take the action required to make the determination of eligibility and to determine the vote or confirm the ineligibility.
Nor was I the one who first came up with the idea or created the petitions which exist for individuals to request their representatives to act appropriately upon this ineligibility issue even at this late date.
So, I will thank you to stop with the personal insults as well.
Again, stop with the insults, Jerry.
At least I’ve attempted to do something positive and effectve, based on the information that I had been provided with and had gathered in a spirit of being proactive and in an effort to help others take some meaningful action.
What have you done other than insult, badger, harrass, and attack someone who’s on the same side that you’re supposed to be supporting?
That certainly doesn’t make much sense, does it? and your attempts to demean and injure somone who is attempting to be helpful to others is severely misplaced and totally unpatriotic, to be straightforward on the matter.
Unless you’ve got something useful to contribute, I will thank you to stop attacking those who are attempting to help others and to move our cause forward. You want to have a useful dialog, fine, contact an individual and have a conversation rather than chasing down their every post and harrassing them.
Otherwise, stop harrassing those of us who are trying to make a difference and are not afraid to take action, even if it may not be the most effective action it could be in the end. At least it is an effort, and the intent is in the right place, contrary to what you seem intent on doing.
First off, you’re wrong. I have no affiliation with the petition whatsoever other than having pointed people to it.
Also, as there are so few days remaining anyway, its amazing that you are so bent out of shape and insisting on making a mountain out of a molehill as you have been, and are still continuing to do. All of your huffing and puffing is obviously so much an overblown waste of effort, while the effort for someone to click a link, enter their info, and click send amounts to about a minute of ones time. But you think this is something to blow a major gasket on… get a life, why don’t cha…?
Secondly, there was no ”after awhile” with you in this case, you came out of the gates swinging and are still swinging for all you’re worth as anyone with a pair of eyes can plainly see.
Thirdly, you’re idea of ”correcting” someone is what others refer to as flaming, harrasing, insulting, disparaging, belittling, demeaning, etc. and being incredibly abusive and negative. You score no points there.
Fourth, again, you continue with the insults… that makes you one helluva jerk in anyones book.
Fifth, your trite saying about ”useless” action being the same as no action, could be discussed, were you any kind of reasonable person, with the result being found to rest upon your opinion as to what you define as being ”useless” or not. However, as you are not a reasonable person, and have shown this repeatedly, I would never dare attempt such a discussion with someone like you… to do so would clearly be a complete waste of time and effort.
Lastly, I didn’t think any lightbulb would go on, honestly, Jerry, as you have shown your only intent to be as I have already pointed out in this and other posts clearly enough, which is to be abusive, derisive, demeaning, etc. etc. and which you have again and again on your own confirmed.
Jerks like you do not help any cause, nevermind the Tea Party specifically.
Stop being such an ass… I know it’s hard, but try for once, won’t you?
