The stories the anti-2nd amendment media won’t report are numerous and happen all the time…
here’s just another example of armed citizens keeping others safe just a couple days ago – http://tinyurl.com/cku6ef2

As has been pointed out, had the Newtown, CT school not been a ”gun free zone” and the teachers and school officials been allowed to be armed and to protect themselves and their students, the tragedy might have been prevented. Now, there’s something like 16 CT schools that have hired armed security guards, showing recognition that only those who are armed are able to protect themselves and others… while for many of us this is simply common sense, for others this is an awareness that was gained far too late in this case…

Just think, man is the only creature on the planet who tries to convince others that he has no right to self-defense and yet there is no one else who is responsible for his defense… even the Supreme Court has ruled on multiple occasions that police have no obligation or responsibility to respond or to protect or defend individuals -

Police have no legal duty to respond and prevent crime or protect the victim. There have BEEN OVER 10 various supreme and state court cases the individual has never won. Notably, the Supreme Court STATED about the responsibility of police for the security of your family and loved ones is ”You, and only you, are responsible for your security and the security of your family and loved ones. That was the essence of a U.S. Supreme Court decision in the early 1980’s when they ruled that the police do not have a duty to protect you as an individual, but to protect society as a whole.”

”It is well-settled fact of American law that the police have no legal duty to protect any individual citizen from crime, even if the citizen has received death threats and the police have negligently failed to provide protection.”
