Is a conservative one that votes 100% on any and all issues regarding the constitution ? What if that individual does not like fighting a foreign war or paying for it . What if that person is pro-womens rights. What if that person is against certain religious priciples. BUT they are 100% conservative on economic issues,size of govt, Is against debts and some bad social programs. Does this make them a RINO ? Noone is 100% for anything . We must overlook some issues in all the candidates. We must beat Obama !

Roger..If that is your real name, I have read the Constitution three times. I know what the role of the govt should be. I don’t try to rewrite it like you do.
