Dick, in response to your open letter below, please allow me to remind you of the alternative to the RNC. Enough said.
We at the TEA Party don’t claim the RNC is acting on behalf of 100% of our beliefs, however, the organization is LEARNING that without US, without the power we bring in number of votes and turnout, they will fail not only in November but also in getting the House and Senate. We have changed the landscape of American politics. We have taken charge of the Republican Party! Without living up to our demands for smaller government, fiscal responsibility, and following the rule of law, each and every election will weed out the turncoats until the RNC gets it right.
But, to decide at this time to turn our backs on the RNC is to do so at our own peril. Too much is at stake to hold grudges. Too much freedom is at risk. We leave ourselves without a sail and rudders are usless without a means of transport. We are the future and they are our means to getting there. We need every available person to row this boat.
Very aptly put faxxmaxx. The same can be said to all the people who have said they will not vote republican because they don’t like someone even though no one has received the nomination yet, or who will not vote Republican to make a statement because they believe that the Republicans and Democrats are basically the same party, or those who will vote for a Third Party or Independent so they can vote their conscience. I see those losing tactics and ideas on just about every site I look at. I am beginning to wonder how many of those people are actually real and actually mean what they say, as opposed to how many are what we call Stealth Trolls or Infiltrators who are under the control of the Opposition.
