If everyone who had sick days or personal time off from work available then a coordinated effort could be made for all of them to stay home for every day available all at the same time (week of July 4 I suggest). The tax dollars lost to the gov would get their attention. Money is the only thing that does. After that a general strike. More $ lost.
Outright rebellion could get obscenely bloody. Other methods should be tried first. But if necessary, I will stand.
