Great a new gun subsidy. I bet they wont even check to see if they the elite are recieving stolen goods like the no questions asked crap. Or to find out if those guns may have been used in crimes. Let them sell them to checked out buyers who can register them legaly. Another waste of tax money we cant afford and shouldnt pass even as far as rejecting any bill its a rider on
