Let’s see what the ’Poison Pill’ is that Justice Roberts put into his ruling and Majority Opinion. It might hurt us, and it might help us. so far it has blocked 99% of what The Administration and Congress could have made us do by using the commerce clause.and all taxes can be repealed with a simple majority vote. I don’t like the ruling so don’t take what I said in the wrong way. I would rather have seen the entire O-Care ruled unconstitutional but now Obama and the
royal Progressives have that massive Tax Increase hung around their necks for the election. the one thing I don’t understand is why the Republican Party has not jumped on that issue and hung the Dems out to dry.
i would like to think Roberts did that to sabotage Obama’s re-election… maybe thats just wishfull thinking…
I think it will have an extremely negative effect on the Obama Campaign but we need to make the Republican Party sit up and take notice to push the tax angle as hard or harder than the jobs issue since they have the most effect on the people.
Perhaps the Republicans are waiting more towards the election to unload the tax canons on the democrats. The New Media has been doing a great job with the obamatax articles. I’m sure Romney will throw it in obamas face during the debates.
HD, too bad this isn’t the old Patriot Feed where we flooded the Republican National Chairman’s office and web site with so many demands that he actually called us and begged us to call it off, and agreed to our terms. that was when we were really Activist with an iron fist and forgot about putting it in a velvet glove.
