After this week’s response from Allen West in which he claimed that there are 80 Communists in Congress, of which are all Democrats, I wonder how he will feel about the new Nazi lobbyists.

On the very same day that West made his comments in regards to the Communists in Congress, Mr. John Bowles, 55, placed his application with the Clerk of the House. Bowles is a member of the National Socialist Party and is a self proclaimed Nazi.

According to the application Bowles is going to be lobbying Congress about “Political Rights and ballot access laws.”

Bowles said his official status as a lobbyist was something the 53-year-old party planned to “try out for the first time and see if it flies.”

In an interview he had with US News’ Robert Schlesinger, when asked whether he thought members of Congress would take a meeting with a Nazi, Bowles said, “I don’t see why not. Of course I won’t approach anybody in Congress unless it’s a very interesting issue or law. I’m going to be very careful about the issues I choose for this.”

Well, I would suggest that Mr. Bowles probably start with getting a list of names from Allen West, though more than likely Allen West will tell him to take a hike.

While I do believe John Bowles has the right to believe what he wants and even to speak about it, I also believe members of Congress have the right to tell him they are not interested in meeting with him. Socialism is not compatible with true freedom. For that matter Forced government Communism isn’t either.

This is why we are seeing so many of our freedoms eroding today. It isn’t anything new. In fact, many that call themselves conservatives have been listening to the lefts agenda for far too long and are adopting some of the same methods they have.

Slowly but surely more and more of these anti-liberty ideologies are flooding our government and the federal government is being transformed into a tyrannical machine against the people for whom it is to represent and protect.

The last thing America needs is lobbying by the Nazi party. Let’s hope that many Congressmen shut this guy out and expose him and his party for what they are. Currently this writer is not optimistic about that.
