If someone pants the president so his stride is 32” instead of 36”, would that be an infringement of his ability to walk?
The real question of ”control” as not being ”infringement” is that they would be controlling his stride, not eliminating it, and since Michelle has about a 32” stride, that should be all he needs anyway.
