    yes that is some scarey stuff… thats why our local tea party has been working dilligently to get it overturned or repealed … my senator thinks that the loophole may be the key to do it… because it was rulled as a tax , but yet there is a penalty… and clearly says no one has to participate… and yet there is a fine if you dont….
