My Public School Criticism

The Public schools are one of the most Corrupt systems in the USA. In all Public schools there are monopolies, abuse of power and privileges and Frugal test results. I advise that all Parents, Guardians and Students should worry about the powers of the Public schools, there are answers on why students fail tests and automatically put in a Special classroom and treated like they have a disability. Not all teachers are bad but most of them are, thats why teachers should be screened. Some may ask why they need to be screened? Well everyone worries about students bullying other students well Teachers bully students and I witnessed this its not healthy for the minds of the students who got picked on by both students and teachers. Who should pay for the Therapy for the student who got bullied it shouldnt be the parent it should be the school. It’s a school’s responsibility to take care of your child and child does not deserve to witness any negativity in the classroom where only learning should take place. Every school ensures safety but what do we get? We get depressed children because they’re being bullied or feel very dissatisfied about their grades but sometimes a child’s grades are Frugal.Like the IEP tests where a student is put in a room with one teacher and the teacher doesn’t even tell you what the test is even for. When the student takes the test I ensure you there is discomfort and sometimes there’s not but when the student takes the test and they got a answer right and the teacher marked it wrong and there is no witness there’s no Justice for the child. All the IEP department wants is the Federal money and they only need one or two signatures the Parents or Guardians.With the Parents or Guardians signature the IEP department has committed a crime they have committed fraud, abused their power and they performed a monopoly and there is no light of Justice and there is no witnesses. For the Executive branch of a school that’s where unconstitutional rules are made and abuses the rights of students and sometimes teachers but mostly it’s the students rights that are mostly violated for example there are lots of regulations on dress code and this violates Amendment 1 in the Bill of Rights. There are other rules the violates Amendment 1 like if a teacher yells at a student for no reason at all and the student speaks up for him or herself they will get sent to the principal or Vice Principal’s office. I believe that the students should vote for a Principal not appointed by the school district. With an Principal Election it will be more constitutional and makes students and Parents more happier. If the Government gives money to public school then the public schools should have a Principal Elections. Also with Principal Elections it will encourage more students to vote when their 18 years of age. Principals, Vice Principals and Teachers should encourage protest, Petitions, and or Movements that are peaceful because a School is like a Government and a Government has its citizens and the citizens are the main important subject in a Government not just for one or more individual. The Students are citizens of the United States of America and should be encouraged to stand up for themselves if something is out of place or if there is bad leadership from a Principal or Vice Principal ETC. I advise on whoever reads this to spread the word to change the our current school system into a more Democratic form of school where we have the right to speak up on what we believe in and what we really want to change in the school system or even have the same rights as any other Principal, Vice Principal, and or Teacher. Some Principals, Vice Principals, and Teachers think we’re too young to start thinking about what we should become or do in our lives but we’re not too young we are halfway to adulthood and we have the right to start thinking about what we should do or become in our lives.Remember no one can stop you on what you believe in.’
