“Stand Up for Religious Freedom” rallies will take place in, at last count, 103 cities across the nation from noon to 1:00pm on March 23rd. (The national organizer’s website is: http://www.standupforreligiousfreedom.com)

The Seattle rally will take place on the plaza of the US District Court building, corner of 7th and Stewart Streets, in the downtown area of Seattle. the rally will include prayer, music and motivating speakers.

The purpose of the Seattle rally, and those across the nation, is so that citizens and representatives of organizations impacted by the HHS mandate can publicly express unflagging support for the First Amendment of the US Constitution and show peaceful, impassioned opposition to the federal administration’s HHS mandate. Organizers and rally participants represent a wide variety of faith traditions, nonprofit organizations and businesses – all of which will be directly and deleteriously affected by the federal HHS mandate and its ultimate effect of suffocating First Amendment Rights.
