Andy Harris I am tired of seeing that graph showing how everything is better since Obama was inaugurated in 2008. There is a difference in election day and the resulting market collapse because Obama was elected. and inauguration day.In the 3 months after election the market bottomed and started to correct. The market crashed because of market fears based on remarks Obama made on his campaign trail. ”They can invest in coal but we’ll bankrupt em” ”Energy prices will necessarily raise in my administration” ” Evil corp. execs. flying around in their corp. jets” are just some examples. The market fell 500 points the day after election and 500 more till the bottom when almost half of the market evaporated. then it corrected. then Obama took office. Since the market doesn’t reflect anything having an impact on jobs even if it is growing its reflecting multinational corps.producing offshore. The jobs lost including my boatbuilding job was a result of Obamas comments. Two of our projects pulled out ” we will have to wait to see who gets elected” I was unemployed within months as we finished our boat. It was Obamas comments about the regulatory direction he wanted to take our country in that caused the market freefall the day after election. Thank you
