Alot has been writen about end times, anti- christ, wars ,rumors of wars, etc. Some really educational and well writen. 3 things I would like to pass on that are mysteries that reading and experience will bear out.-1 I here many folks say things like it is the signs of the times, its 2014 as if God changed, as if to explain inaction. The Bible never said to leave your post I dont need you to shine the light of truth to your fellow man or expose the untrue to the light so it can be seen for what it is. Your patriotism is Godly if you are under Christ. Also what we talk of can be a bit scary so let me deal with this mystery that faith bears out to understanding through heart and time. Fear of the lord is the begining of wisdom. A hard one to understand even for those with faith. why should someone need to be afraid. Outside forces beyond our controll may ask us to follow unchristian paths through presure, in this case God said dont be afraid of that which can take your life but that which can take your soul. Life is temporal.Eternity is eternal But the one that drives us to God from within is the fear we all start with when we worry about our relationship with God. This fear within causes us to reach for a Bible and check or find good counsel and ask. This is the begining of wisdom. If diligently sought faith comes with alot more love than fear. It is not the will of God that he should lose one of us. Its the hardness of our hearts and our freewill that rejects him throughout a lifetime then dies without him’ You have to work that hard to miss a love like that. The love that covers a multitude of sins was Jesus.
I dont mean that if you arent Christian you arent welcome or a patriot. this is only my personal veiw from a christian perspective on some of these issues. Never give up like David or Daniel .3-Satan has only the power to decieve as was shown by the prophets of baal who prayed to the false God waiting for it to lite the fire under the offering by praying. when they were done it was still unburned on the alter because the deciever has no power exept that which God allows. Even Elijah didnt have the power but he had the faith that can move mountains.Example, Ive run into 2 or so people who thought they were beyond God because they sold their soul to Satan. This is perhaps my favorite chain to break. you cant sell your soul to satan because it is Gods until your death. The Lord givith and the lord taketh away. If satan can get you to act as if you cant be saved because you believe a lie then he has the power you give him to work on his behalf through ignorance. Here is where there is a phisical reality. the phisics of a lie if you will. Everyone takes action on what they believe. if you believe a car is going to hit you you take action on it and try to get out of the way.A picture or concept that we quickly push aside for fun stuff may not be a belief. A belief will get you through this hard scary stuff with good and improving character. the beatitudes has the best advise on worry. God loves us moreso than the birds of the field.
