I cant remember a time when Ive been more proud than today when I went to downtown Annapolis for a rally in support of gun rights I heard was urged by oath keepers but I think the permit was obtained by a group called MD shooters or Maryland shooters (mdsooters.com – I think) I was late and expecting no or a few people on the sidewalk because I didnt try to get a permit with short time from deciding to go two days ago. Also almost didnt go because of rain but I have never used that excuse before and when I drove by there was 60 to 100 people in front of the capital. That is not a small thing on a rainy cold workday. We were fired up and this time they let us talk. I gave the drivers analogy ”If someone drives drunk and kills somebody do we then take the cars from the other law abiding car owners ? Taking guns from legal gun owners is the same thing” If there is a big rally show up for it with cameras on feed to homebase computers if possible but at least with cameras to record possible troublemakers so they know its not us whatever group since we are members of many. Smaller gatherings of multi state capital try to make as many as we can to show them we arent going away ever.
