Im recommenting at the top of this page one of the most concerning of my worries that I feel if the house did impeach Obama on they would be able to convict him on because if the public knew it they would demand dems convict him on. I have heard reports from several sources that Obama has signed an executive order placing Americans at the hands of a foreign force called Interpol. It is said to give interpol authority to act above the FBI or national police forces or state police. I dont know its wording. Without knowing it fails constitutionaly on 2 issues. 1- separation of powers. As with Bush V Gore Fla Sup Ct it was a 9-0 decision that the court made a defacto law and retroactively enforced it ( 5 to 4 ) as to whether the situation could be fixed by the time the electors needed to be seated ) The president cant make laws either only execute policy. All laws must move through our representative process. Our constitution did not mention Interpol. The UN has no business in American laws. We were not asked or presented for discussion nor did we vote nor was a bill even snuck through. Sovereinty was given to a foreign force to act upon us without seeking Congressional aproval. That brings me to point two 2- befor the bill of rights is a line I think describing the different separate powers of our Government and if Im not mistaken applies to all the branches and it read they cannot enter into such an agreement that causes the United States to cease to exist and that my patriot friends is our sovereinty. If this was good intentions it is still stupid and dangerous and proof the Potus is not made of presidential material.
