The method for collecting material for artificial incemination for cattle is to expose the young bulls to the smells(hormones) and actions as a cowperson(PC) leads a bull to another bull to mate. The young bulls are raised to this on purpose so they develope to respond to this kind of exitement. the reason is to reach in and catch the material in a sleave to get the most and cleanest material. I guess the boy scouts dont need smaller government. less regulation. lower taxes or freedom.
