If the POTUS acts unconstitutionally and inacts unenforcable unconstitutional law through executive dictate it isnt law. The second amendment says SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. This would be an infringement and anyone trying to enforce such a law should be arrested and detained for unlawfull imprissonment.by anyone who swore to uphold the COTUS.This battle should be fought by people who have the guts to go up the chain to enforce the laws like Sherrif Arpieo in AZ. And any law enforcement officer who can see the difference between lawlessness and following the law. I will encourage any lawyer politician or whatever it takes to make sure the feds dont make Illegal endrounds around our rights.
Any law that is unconstitutional is not a law.Marbury v madison. Enforcing unconstitutional laws violates several cival rights in the arrest and detention process. Class action suits against the government are the way to go and prosecuting those who knowingly violate our rights. If we cant do this then we may need to free ourselves.

He said: “We didn’t pass it to our children in the blood-stream.”(Combat) And Chains, which is exactly where we are headed with the current turn of events (Obama’s re-election): “Real Change” IE. Conflict. WE WILL NOT overcome this at the ballot box. It is better to die fighting on ones’ feet than to die in chains.
